Enhanced Comparables Experience Now Live for Your Customers
We’ve released a powerful new update to the Leadpipes Comparables Tool, designed to improve usability, streamline workflows, and give your users even more control and confidence when running comps.
This new experience is now live across all site plans that include the Comparables tools, and it’s packed with enhancements that your customers are going to love.
🔍 Advanced Mode Is Now the Default
What used to be called "Enhanced" Mode is now simply Advanced Mode — and it's the new default setting for all users. This mode gives real estate investors and professionals granular control over comp sources, including:
Public Record
MLS Listings/Sales
MLS Rentals/Leases
If a simpler experience is preferred, users can still switch back to the legacy Basic Mode with just a few clicks.
Smarter, More Intuitive User Interface
We’ve redesigned the comps interface to make it cleaner, more efficient, and easier to navigate:
Mode & Sources (previously Granular Source controls) are now conveniently located just below the Listing Status filter
Tooltips are built in to help guide users through each source and mode option
A new satellite view toggle enhances property visualization at a glance
The Year Built filter has been promoted to top-level filters for quicker access
Lot Size filter has been relocated to the “More” filters section for a cleaner layout
